Cultural Ambassadors
Cultural Ambassadors are committed to assisting Diversity Focus in creating an inclusive Corridor (CR/IC) that values, nurtures, attracts and retains people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. You will provide service and a sense of community to visitors and current or new employees to the area by: serving as an early point of contact, providing first hand knowledge of local information & resources, assisting individuals in learning about community, organization, government, and educational entities & other services, and in serving as a bridge to organizations by inviting individuals to events, & sharing & learning new perspectives.

Newcomers Requesting Match
Pair up with people in community. Learn about places for arts & culture, education, health, worship, shopping, restaurant, etc. Request to be matched with a person or family from the same or different cultural background as you. This is a rare opportunity to meet people, know the community and culture, and also find out what resources are available. We will make matches based on language if requested.
